We build the way we would want someone to build for us. That means a fixed price written down before anyone swings a hammer, one person who answers the phone from the first walkthrough to the last, and a job we are willing to put our name on when it is finished.

How we run every job

Property assessment
We walk the property, document existing conditions and photograph everything before pricing.

Plans & permitting
We draw the plans, assemble the permit package and file it with the county.

Written estimate
A line-item scope and a fixed price. Change orders are priced and signed before the work starts.

Build
One point of contact and a written schedule. We report problems the day we find them.

Final walkthrough
We walk every room with you and write a punch list. It is not done until you say it is.
